How to Set Limits on Your Account

Setting limits at xx9999bet is very easy. Go to your account settings and find the "Responsible Gaming" option. There you can set various limits according to your preference.

Once you set a limit, you cannot exceed it. Even if you wish, you cannot deposit above the set limit. This policy is designed for your protection.

Tips: Set your limits when you are in a calm, clear-headed state of mind. Changing your limits requires a waiting period to prevent impulsive decisions.

Self-Exclusion: When You Need a Break

If you believe gaming is causing problems in your life or you're losing self-control, you can use self-exclusion. This is a powerful tool that temporarily or permanently closes your account.

During self-exclusion, you will not be able to open a new account or play any games on xx9999bet. Even if you wish to, your account cannot be reactivated during this period. This ensures you stay committed to your decision.

Self-Exclusion Options:

  • Temporary (1 to 6 months): After this period, your account will not automatically reactivate. You will need to contact our support team.
  • Permanent: Your account will be permanently closed and can never be reopened.

Frequently Asked Questions About Responsible Gaming

There are warning signs that indicate gaming addiction: playing longer than planned, forgetting money lost to gaming, neglecting important responsibilities for gaming, hiding it from family or friends, facing financial hardship. If any of these apply to you, consider seeking help.

When a temporary self-exclusion period ends, your account is not automatically reactivated. You will need to contact our support team to restore access. Please note that permanent self-exclusion can never be reversed.

Yes, you can change your limits, but if the new limit is less restrictive, a waiting period applies (typically 7–30 days). This is in place to prevent emotionally driven, impulsive changes. Lowering your limits is always much easier than raising them.

Yes, gaming addiction is a treatable condition. Psychologists, counselors, and addiction specialists can provide effective care. Group therapy and self-help groups can also be highly beneficial. At xx9999bet, we provide links to these resources.

Start by having a calm, caring conversation with them — without accusations or complaints. Encourage them to seek professional help. You may not be able to solve the problem on your own, but your support matters enormously. Family-centered therapy is also an option worth exploring.
